Yes. Robbing stores is one of the main ways to make money in GTA 6, and the Extended Look shows Jason and Lucia robbing a waffle house and a food mart. You can rob alone or as a couple, quietly or loudly.
Robberies have more moving parts this time. Blowing a safe with explosives is fast but damages some of the loot; finding the combination takes longer, pays more, and gives police more time to arrive. Police can surround a store and wait for you, so many robbery spots have a back door.
Stolen goods such as jewelry have to be sold through a fence before they turn into cash. Wearing a mask and dumping it afterwards can keep your face out of the police description, even on CCTV. Robberies done together also count toward Jason and Lucia's relationship.
