Unknown. Rockstar has not mentioned a stock market for GTA 6, and none of the ways to make money described in the previews involve investing. GTA 5's story mode had one, so fans hope it returns.
Money matters more in GTA 6 than in earlier games. Rockstar told previewers that you will sometimes need to raise a set amount of cash before the next story missions open up, and that the main ways to get it are crime: stealing and selling cars, robbing stores and businesses, and bank heists.
None of that rules out a stock market. GTA 5's LCN and BAWSAQ exchanges were never a headline feature before launch either. But nothing Rockstar has said about GTA 6 points to one, so we list it as unknown and will update this entry on launch day.
If you are searching because of Take-Two's share price: that is a different question, and not something this site covers.
